One of the defining features of Blazing Scream Warlock build is its massive damage output, driven primarily by bonuses from skills tagged as Demonology, Hellfire, and Greater/Lesser Demon.

For Blazing Scream Warlock build, you should start with Seal of the Diamond Mind and combine it with Ritual of the Nameless and Flesh of Abbadon set.
While in Demonic Form, Flesh of Abbadon set allows you to quickly enter Infernal Hunger state, enabling you to withstand more damage. Upon killing enemies, this state converts into Demonic Strength, granting a stacking 2% damage bonus with each conversion.
Furthermore, Ritual of the Nameless provides a base 100% damage bonus, which can scale up to 200%, along with 20% damage reduction.
If you don’t have Seal of the Diamond Mind yet, you can pair Flesh of Abbadon set with Anathema of the Primes instead.
